CFI (Quentin Lea-agent) manages a small strip center for us in La Mesa, CA.  Their service has been excellent throughout their four years of managing the property.  Specifically, they have gotten out in front of every issue, including ADA, Parking lot asphalt, trash enclosure, lighting, landscaping, exterior paint and tenant renewals, all the while maintaining good relations with both owners and tenants.
