Mike Paeske, Vice President of CFI, has passed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional Exam and earned the LEED AP designation.  The LEED Green Building Rating System is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.  Mike will utilize his designation by consulting with building owners to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts, providing design guidance for new developments, working with tenants on discovering healthy, productive places to work and building tenant improvements classified as high performance green interiors that are less costly to operate and maintain.
