Latitude 33 is a proposed 6 town home infill redevelopment in the community of Leucadia.  The project has been designed with sustainability in mind and applied for a LEED Certification (LEED-H) with the US Green Building Council.  Latitude 33, which derives its name from the GPS coordinates of  Latitude 33° 04’ 54” N by Longitude 117° 18’ 27” W, features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.  Latitude 33 will have ocean views of Ponto State beach.  To receive information or subscribe to the interest list and email updates, please contact Mike Paeske.
