As Asset Manager, CFI provided a condo conversion analysis for the ownership.  Based on the recommendations of the analysis, CFI was contracted to process condo conversion entitlements for this 29 unit apartment building in the Grantville area of San Diego.  CFI coordinated the efforts of the project civil engineer and other consultants to obtain final approval from the City of San Diego Planning Commission on March 10, 2005.  The project was subsequently sold, with CFI as broker, to a condo converter for final conversion.  Due to the tentative map, the property was sold at a premium.
