CFI was the General Contractor/Project Manager for this retail center renovation in Cardiff.  The renovation included a widening of the front walkway for better pedestrain access, full exterior ADA improvements including railings, new storefront windows, new doors/hardware and a brand new TPO roof.  The final touches included new paint, light fixtures and signs operated by photocells, and parking lot seal and stripe.  The improvements to this 30+ year old center rejuvinated a property that was beyond it's useful life.  The renovation was completed concurrently with lease renewals.  Due to the new improvements, the project income was raised by over $29,000 per year.
