• Coordinate photovoltaic (PV) feasibility analysis to determine electricity usage and the potential for solar electricity generation
• Provide analysis and recommendations to reduce energy and water usage
• Obtain proposals, coordinate and supervise implementation of such recommendations
• Manage new construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and redevelopment while advising contractors on mechanical systems, material usage and other sustainable practices during construction
• Manage the LEED Certification process with in house experts, sustainability consultants or a LEED accredited professional
• Coordinate marketing, public and tenant relations to promote the “green” aspects of the property
