The 34,037 - square-foot industrial building at 9520 Black Mountain Road, San Diego, CA 92126, has been sold for $3.1 million.  The Buyer was Kalthia Group Hotels, a California Corporation with Mitesh Kalthia as President.  The acquisition was financed with a seller carry back of $2.1 million.  Dottie Surdi and Jim Taylor of Sperry Van Ness represented the Buyer.  Mike Paeske and Rich Lee of CFI represented the Seller, C&B Black Mountain, LLC.

Built in 1980, the building was originally used as a distribution facility.  The property is now occupied by an Indian grocery store and restaurant.  The Buyer, a privately held hotel management company, will move and occupy a portion of the office space in the building for their headquarters.
