Julius joined CFI in 1973 and acquired ownership of CFI in 1977. He has since led the company to become one of San Diego's most trusted commercial real estate firms. Overseeing the company's operations, he has been involved in the ground-up development of numerous projects and continues to represent the original developers or subsequent owners. His current activities include asset management, commercial brokerage, investment consulting and finance placement including securitized loan programs. As a real estate investor, Julius understands first hand the benefits and complexities of owning real estate.

Julius is a native San Diegan growing up in Point Loma. He has lived with his wife Bonnie in Encinitas for the past 27 years and has two grown children and a granddaughter. He is an avid skier and traveler, having visited all seven continents.
Greg joined the CFI team in 1991 and became a partner in 2002. Greg oversees the firm's property and asset management functions. He is an active broker representing clients in the acquisition of commercial investment properties throughout the western states. Greg's extensive background in tenant improvements and property renovations position him as an invaluable asset to CFI's clients and their construction projects. Greg is also Past President of the San Diego Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is also a past Regional Vice President and continues to serve on IREM's National Governing Council.

Greg is originally from Alaska and currently resides with his wife in Solana Beach. He has three children, two grandchildren and enjoys running, skiing and golf.
Mike is a commercial broker, project manager and asset manager for CFI. His experience ranges from complex lease and sale transactions to joint venture and partnership formation along with entitlement processing, renovation and construction supervision as both consultant and principal. His clients include tenants, investors and owner-users.
Mike is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager®, and LEED Accredited Professional and currently pursuing the CCIM Designation. He serves on the Young Professionals Council for IREM, a planning committee for IREM National and the Operations Committee for the Quail Gardens Children’s Garden Expansion in Encinitas.

Rich has lived in Southern California his entire life. An entrepreneur at heart, he recently received approval for his first U.S. Patent and has another patent pending with the USPTO. Rich is blessed with a beautiful wife and wonderful family residing in Scripps Ranch.
Elizabeth has been with CFI since 1997. She oversees a large portfolio of commercial properties, specializing in office and retail property management. She has extensive experience with contract negotiations, supervising on-site staff and vendors, tenant improvements and building control systems. Elizabeth has a California Real Estate Salesperson License and she is an Associate Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Elizabeth, originally from Massachusetts, attended Nichols College where she majored in Public Administration and studied Economics.
Stacie specializes in Multi-Family housing, both conventional and HUD Senior/Disabled living. Aside from her experience with Section 8 and 236 government subsidized housing, Stacie has extensive property management experience overseeing commercial office properties and single family housing. Her strengths include budget preparation, contract negotiations, on-site staff supervision and resident relations.
Stacie commenced her real estate career as a Leasing Consultant and quickly worked her way up to Marketing Director/Assistant Community Manager. Other previous positions held include On-site Community Manager and Regional Property Manager.
