Greg joined the CFI team in 1991 and became a partner in 2002. Greg oversees the firm's property and asset management functions. He is an active broker representing clients in the acquisition of commercial investment properties throughout the western states. Greg's extensive background in tenant improvements and property renovations position him as an invaluable asset to CFI's clients and their construction projects. Greg is also Past President of the San Diego Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He is also a past Regional Vice President.

Greg is originally from Alaska and currently resides with his wife in Solana Beach. He has three children, four grandchildren and enjoys running, skiing and golf.

Mike is a commercial broker and asset manager for CFI. His experience ranges from complex lease and sale transactions to joint venture and partnership formation along with entitlement processing, renovation and construction supervision as both consultant and principal. His clients include tenants, investors and owner-users.

Mike has obtained the CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM®, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation as well as LEED AP credentials from the USGBC (US Green Building Council).

Mike is a native San Diegan growing up in Encinitas and continues to live in North County with his wife, daughter and son. Mike is an outdoor enthusiast and spends a lot of his free time skiing, surfing, and traveling with his family. In June of 2011, Mike achieved a lifelong aspiration of becoming a pilot and obtained his private pilot license.

As Vice President of CFI, Rich represents numerous clients in sale and lease transactions. He oversees a portfolio of properties consisting of retail, office, medical, industrial and multi-family properties. Paula Danker has been a commercial real estate professional for over twenty (20) years. During this time she has been directly involved in the leasing and/or sales of office and industrial buildings, retail centers, net leased investment properties, and multi-family properties. Her intensive, “hands-on” approach, combined with her CCIM education and diverse background in asset management and real estate brokerage, help her focus on problem solving and creating value in every transaction she is involved in.

Paula's extensive experience in investment analysis, lease negotiations, landlord and tenant representation, asset management and portfolio consultation services positions her as an invaluable asset to CFI.

Prior to joining CFI in January 2009, Paula was a top producer for Coldwell Banker Commercial and Voit Commercial Brokerage.

A native of San Diego, Lacey is married to John and welcomed a baby girl to the family in July of 2010. She enjoys hiking, fishing, cooking and spending time with her family.

Gervon oversees a portfolio of residential properties. She has over 10 years of residential property management experience. She specializes in Tax Credit and other HUD subsidy programs. She holds the SHCM, SCS and NCP® designations and is a recognized expert in Affordable Housing compliance. She has won several awards for property compliance as well as Affordable Housing Manager of the Year. She has also completed training for Crime-Free Multi-Housing for the cities of El Cajon, Riverside & Escondido.

Gervon has lived in San Diego for much of her life. She is very active in her church ministry and volunteer services. Gervon is blessed with a wonderful husband and children.

Kathleen joined CFI in 2007 after eleven years as a Controller for a San Diego-based petroleum products distributor. She is responsible for overseeing all Accounting, Administrative, Human Resource, and Information Technologies functions for CFI.

Kathleen's parents, both Navy veterans, picked San Diego from their world travels as the place to raise their family. She attended college locally, majoring in Business and Accounting, and currently resides in the Clairemont area with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys spending time at home cooking for the family and playing with her dogs. Kathleen and her husband Mike, both avid scuba divers, enjoy traveling to exotic and remote locations.
