Accredited Management Organization®(AMO®)

In 1992, CFI achieved the distinction of being designated an Accredited Management Organization by IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management. The AMO accreditation, recognizes excellence among real estate asset and property management firms. Only those firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability and have a CPM in an executive position can earn the AMO credential. There are only 505 AMO firms, representing over 606 offices worldwide, which hold this distinguished accreditation.

Certified Property Manager® (CPM®)
The Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation is also awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). This esteemed designation certifies competence and professionalism for those engaged in real estate management. Collectively, IREM Members manage more than 6.5 billion square feet of commercial space and more than 11 million residential units, totaling over $848.2 billion in real estate assets. Due to their professionalism and vast experience, property owners and investors worldwide continually seek out the management services of CPMs. Four of CFI's real estate professionals have achieved the CPM® designation.

CCIM
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Less than 6% of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America currently hold the CCIM designation. Four of CFI's real estate professionals have achieved the CCIM designation.
